Here are just a few rules for our kinship. We do not want chain everyone in, but we must have rules or people do not know the boundries. These rules are not concrete and if questioned, they will be interpreted and, if need by, reviewed by the "White Council". Please take time to read these rules.

1. The White Council will consist of the Lords from each division plus the Leader (currently Balandil) and one other elected member (elected from the Commanders-in-chief). The White Council acts on behalf of the whole kinship and thus is representative of all its members. For an action to be passed by the Council, There must be a majority in favour of the action. If there is a half and half split in the Council, then the issue is taken before the entire kinship. At least 75% of the kinship must vote in favour of the action, in order for it to be passed. If there is a half and half split between the Council and the issue is taken to the kinship and again it is a half and half split, then the action will not be passed. If the latter occures, the action cannot be taken before the council again until at least 3 months have elapsed.

2. Any member must be fully committed to this kinship and as such must be active in our forums and must not join or "flirt" with other kinships. (You may take counsel with allies).

3. You are to not, under any circumstance act in a way that is to the detriment of this kinship. This includes the open sharing of information and/or intel (apart from allies if permitted by the White Council).

4. Abuse of any kind to any member of this kinship will not be tolerated and must be reported immediately. The perpetrator will be subject to investigation by the Counsel.

5. All members of this kinship have rights and opinions (regarding actions, goals and achievements of the kinship). All of these opinions will be taken into consideration when the White Council is making its decisions. You may appeal a decision by the counsel, but usually the counsel's word is final.

6. All members of this kinship are bound by fellowship. We all stick together. If a member must leave the kinship because of extreme circumstances, please notify the counsel.

7.1. Members will respect their elders, i.e: more experienced members, but the elders of this kinship may not abuse this respect or their rank.  If they do, they will appear before the Council. If it is one of the Council, the whole kinship will take vote.

7.2 Futhermore, members each have their different opinions which will be respected (even if not liked) by all members of the kinship.

8. This kinship is not limited by character race.

9. Any grievances or concerns must be reported to the counsel immediatey. They are there to help.

10.Members who are not active at all in the game (when ts released) and forums for a substantial period of time will be released from the kinship, unless very good reasons are brought forward as to why not.

11. These rules are binding on every member of the kinship, including the Lords and the Leader (currently Balandil). To change these rules, a vote must be taken by every member and there must be a least a seventy-five per cent majority decision in order to change the constitution.

12. ANY member in breach of these rules will be investigated by the counsel.
